Addressing the Falling Labour Share in the UK and Beyond: Labour Law's Call to Arms

Economic studies jointly carried out by the ILO and OECD, as well work of economist Thomas Piketty has heightened public attention to fact that share GDP in G20 (and other developed developing) countries paid earned income dropped since early 1980s, with a corresponding increase going capital. To what extent can Labour Law contribute reversal this decline labour share?
